Thousands of people trust us with fulfilling
their nutritional needs. They also trust us
with their precious personal data. We at
Rejuvenate 2000 can not and will not let the
actions of any one person jeopardize our
business reputation.
Please heed our words! We will
absolutely and positively NOT tolerate
Spam at Rejuvenate 2000.
For those of you that are unaware, an email is
considered SPAM if it has been sent to an
address that has not requested it from YOU!
You must not send Spam regarding our
product or send Spam that in any way
implicates our company by including any of our
domains. This includes mentioning/utilizing
a Rejuvenate 2000 email address or URL in any
bulk email message.
Note* An email can even be
considered SPAM if you purchase an 'Optin
List' or any other list and mail to it.
There are many unscrupulous people out there
that will sell you an 'optin list' and claim
the leads are good. If you consider
purchasing a list make sure the company is
reputable! For info on leads visit our
marketing center and look for 'Lead Sources'.
If you violate our Spam Policy, as
an affiliate, you will:
- have your account terminated
immediately without notice
- have a claim filed
against you in a court of law
- be reported to your own provider
- be reported to other proper authorities
to take action against you
The sole opinion of Rejuvenate2000 as to
what constitutes a violation of this clause
will be absolute.
Should Rejuvenate2000's service be interrupted
due to spamming by an affiliate, the
Affiliate will be held liable until service is restored. Applicant
will be subject to legal action if a violation
of this clause should occur.
In short, we are VERY serious about
this issue and will NOT tolerate abuse
in any way. We have assembled a top
notch legal team to defend our interests
and our customers interests. We WILL
go after you if you violate our policy!
If you have been spammed by one of our independent
sales affiliates, please notify us and we will
